Job Summary:

Location: Region 1 based in Southern Maine

Pay: 57k - 65k D.O.E

The Program Manager oversees a team of Vocational Support Advisors under our contract with Vocational Rehabilitation. Provides supervision and coordination of workforce activities in compliance with our contract. Ensures compliance with any program goals, outreach targets and reporting requirements or other deliverables, in consultation with Workforce leadership team.

· Expands and maintain positive partnerships with the clients served, business community and program funders.

· Implements strategies to improve service quality.

· Directly supervises assigned personnel, which includes recruiting, hiring, orienting, training, monitoring, and evaluating.

· Directly supervises key management tasks, which may include assigning client caseloads, monitoring for quality assurance, program evaluations, and report writing.

Minimum Qualifications:

· BA/BS in rehabilitation, business, communication, or related field; or equivalent professional experience

· 2+ years of experience working in workforce development or related field.

· Demonstrated ability to use personal computer, to include; e-mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office software.

· Reliable transportation with proof of current automobile insurance.

· Valid driver’s license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine with a satisfactory driving record

· Criminal background check that meets Agency standards

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2+ years progressive management experience.
