As a Centralized BDC Representative, you will play a key role in supporting dealership operations by engaging customers across multiple locations, responding to inbound inquiries, and helping drive appointments and sales opportunities. This position serves as the central point of contact for customers interacting with our dealerships through internet leads, phone calls, and previous dealership visits.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all incoming internet leads and customer inquiries
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications across multiple dealership locations
  • Schedule and coordinate customer sales appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize approved scripts and workflow processes to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Enter and maintain customer information accurately in CRM software
  • Effectively manage and follow up on internet leads using lead management tools
  • Compile reports, documentation, and required records in a timely manner
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Collaborate with dealership teams to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities

Qualifications:
