We're seeking a customer-focused marketing professional to drive 1:1 engagement across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications and outbound calling to acquire new internet customers. In this targeted execution role, you'll own the complete delivery of personalized campaigns designed to acquire new customers and maximize value from our established fibre base.

You'll be responsible for quarterly planning, campaign execution, landing page optimization, and performance management across multiple 1:1 channels. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition and retention through sophisticated personalization strategies and data-driven optimization.

Reporting to the Manager, Internet Go-to-Market, we're looking for a data-driven marketer who excels at personalization, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and has the technical expertise to optimize customer journeys at scale while developing the skills for future leadership opportunities.

Here's the Impact You'll Make

1:1 Campaign Execution & Management

  • Own end-to-end 1:1 campaign execution including quarterly planning, briefing, reporting, testing, and optimization

  • Drive targeted campaigns across multiple channels (EM, SMS, DM, Push, OB) that deliver personalized customer experiences

  • Rally cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that align with segment-specific strategies and business objectives

  • Develop and execute sophisticated customer journey strategies that drive conversion and customer satisfaction

Landing Page Development & Optimization

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize campaign landing pages to maximize conversion performance

  • Use A/B testing and customer insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience

  • Ensure seamless customer experiences from initial touchpoint through landing page to conversion

  • Collaborate with creative and development teams to enhance landing page effectiveness

Record Contention & Priority Management

  • Navigate record contention discussions and drive resolution on competing priorities

  • Balance campaign coverage goals with customer experience considerations and DNC management

  • Advocate for optimal record allocation based on segment performance and opportunity analysis

  • Expertise developing campaign strategies and rallying cross-functional teams to bring them to market

  • Knowledge of the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets

  • Work experience with data visualization tools (Tableau and Domo)
