Business Development Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

Marine Chevrolet Company is looking for an enthusiastic person to fill a customer service role. If you are passionate about putting the customer first and creating a five-star experience, this is the spot for you!  Answering and making phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional manner to provide the best customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee incoming leads for sales department
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
  • Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
  • Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Meet and exceed goals monthly and quarterly

REQUIREMENTS

  • Outgoing person focused on the customer experience
  • Desire and willingness to assist other associates to accommodate our guests
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to incorporate word tracks to replicate great experiences over and over
