The Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing and converting online leads into vehicle sales. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers who submit inquiries through the dealership’s website, third-party lead providers, and digital marketing channels. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and a customer-focused approach to sales.
JOB TITLE:      Internet Sales Representative 
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
LOCATION:      Loveland, OH
 A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internet, email, chat, text, and phone inquiries
  • Qualify leads to understand customer needs, preferences, timeline, and budget
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using the dealership CRM
  • Present vehicle information, pricing, incentives, and financing options accurately
  • Track and document all customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and appointment goals
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
  • Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
  • Previous automotive sales, internet sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, email, text, and digital platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
  • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license
