Our team and what we'll accomplish together

Our team shapes the evolution of TELUS Business' Internet products and services, helping small and medium businesses stay connected to their customers, teams, and communities.

As part of the SMB Internet Product team, you will bring cross-functional teams together to turn customer needs and business opportunities into new products, improved experiences, and stronger portfolio performance.

You will help develop and execute the roadmap for TELUS Business' Internet portfolio. You will support products and initiatives from early ideation and business case development through launch, adoption, lifecycle management, and ongoing performance improvement.

Working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems, Technology, and Engineering, you will help deliver reliable and differentiated connectivity experiences for Canadian businesses.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of the SMB Internet product strategy and roadmap, using customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop business cases and investment proposals that translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and action plans with defined financial impacts and success measures
  • Support products and capabilities from ideation through launch readiness, adoption, and post-launch evaluation, including pricing changes, customer migrations, and portfolio modernization
  • Analyze and report on product performance metrics including sales, revenue, churn, customer experience, and operational results to inform ongoing optimization
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and action plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational, technical, sales, and customer readiness
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve product research, decision-making, and team productivity
  • Champion customer-focused, evidence-based decision-making across the organization
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify technical, financial, and product topics
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with product management, customer journey, service design, or Agile practices
  • Interest in emerging technologies, AI, automation, and their practical business applications
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, product development, product strategy, business analysis, or a related role
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
