  • Create, produce, edit, and publish high-volume, platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels, balancing planned campaigns with real-time opportunities.
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments, platform updates, audience behaviors, and creator content to identify opportunities that keep the brand relevant and engaged in the conversation.
  • Concept, capture, and execute short-form video content, reactive content, memes, creator-style storytelling, and other social-first formats that drive engagement and brand affinity.
  • Leverage emerging AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, content development, editing, and trend identification while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
  • Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, comment moderation, real-time interaction, and relationship building with creators, brands, and consumers.
  • Develop and maintain a distinctive social voice and personality that reflects the brand, connects with audiences, and strengthens community engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Influencer, and Brand teams to align content strategies with business objectives and campaign priorities.
  • Analyze content performance, audience insights, and social trends to continuously optimize content strategy, creative execution, and channel growth.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 2-5 years of experience creating content for brands, creators, publishers or social-first platforms
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YT and emerging platform behaviors
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to identify and react to trends quickly
  • Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit and publish social first content independently
  • Experience with lo-fi, creator-style storytelling and native platform editing techniques
  • Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills with an understanding of brand voice and internet culture
  • Experience managing community engagement including comments, DMs, reactive responses, and brand interactions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly reactive social environment with quick turnaround timelines
