Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Internet Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. Our internet sales team is highly regarded for managing the bulk of leads in our dealership. In this role you will be assisting our internet team in handling each lead individually, providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building professional business relationships, knowledge of CRM tools, great communication skills and the ability to prioritize and stay organized. In addition, sales and negotiation skills are a plus! 

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer service for an exceptional guest experience 
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other team members, sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
  • Ambitious, with a goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve
  • Ability to hit appointment set and show percentage metrics
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • This position is In-House (NOT) Remote
