Job Description

As part of our Global IT Procurement Team, you will work on exciting projects, take on responsibility and actively contribute your ideas. Together, we are shaping the future - innovatively, sustainably and with a focus on solutions.
- Updating and maintaining the budget overview, including open orders
- Processing purchase orders and coordinating hardware provision for construction sites (construction site boxes)
- Planning requirements and liaising with internal departments, including at an international level
- Managing and maintaining domains
- Processing delivery confirmations within the EU context
- Checking invoices and forwarding them to the accounts department
Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field or commercial/technical training
- Initial relevant professional experience gained through internships or working as a student trainee
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, basic knowledge of procurement processes
- An independent and structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team spirit
- High level of English (C1) *Fluency is a must. Certain level of German is a plus.
