What is international tourism?

It includes any travel activity where individuals visit a country other than their own and stay for a limited period, typically for recreation, cultural exploration, or work-related reasons. International tourism plays a significant role in the global economy, supporting jobs, cultural exchange, and economic growth in both destination and origin countries. Travelers must often consider factors such as visas, currency exchange, and local customs when engaging in international tourism.
