Job description

Our client is a Seattle-based regional CPA firm that has built a nationally recognized international tax practice serving technology companies with foreign subsidiaries, cross-border M&A transactions, and ultra-high-net-worth families with international holdings. The practice has grown 40% over the past two years and is adding a Manager to lead day-to-day engagement delivery.

As International Tax Manager you will oversee the preparation and review of Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, FBAR, and FATCA filings, advise on GILTI, BEAT, FDII, and Subpart F income inclusions, and support outbound and inbound structuring engagements. You will interface regularly with clients' in-house finance and legal teams and collaborate with the firm's domestic tax and transfer pricing groups.

Requirements
  • CPA and/or JD required; LLM in Taxation a strong plus
  • 6+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate tax department
  • Strong technical knowledge of GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credit planning
  • Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, and PFIC filings
  • Transfer pricing experience a meaningful advantage
