International Admissions Student Support Coord
Job Description
Job Summary:
The individual in this role will manage the admission process from international student inquiry through enrollment, processing admission applications. This role will support international student retention through coordination of the International Friendship Program, gathering and reporting on retention data, and through the planning and execution of international student programs and events.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard database or CRM software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in data entry and record management
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (international studies, communication, education, business, or related)
Three years of experience
  • Working with international students or in a cross-cultural setting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Slate, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience in student services, admissions, or enrollment management
  • Proficiency in data entry, reporting, or basic data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs or events involving diverse participants
  • Conversational proficiency in a second language
