Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking multi-disciplined International/FMS Security Specialist to join the F-35 JPO program in Arlington, VA.

The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) supports development, acquisition, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of the F-35 joint strike fighter. The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full spectrum multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across its enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.

The role oftheSecuritySpecialist-Internationalisto support program security tasksandprovideSME-level guidancerelated to foreign military sales of the F-35:

  • Provide multi-disciplined security guidance and mentorship to F-35 Partner and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) security professionals

  • Provide continuous evaluation of F-35 Partner and FMS security posture and provide written updates to International Security Manager, Program Security Officer, and assigned International Security Specialist

  • Assist F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals in developing country-unique security documents to ensure protection of F-35 assets at theappropriate level

  • Develop and provide training to F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals tofacilitatebuilding,implementingand managing a comprehensive F-35 security program

  • Assist F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals in ensuring security policies and proceduresare in compliance withSpecial Access Program (SAP), Classified Military Information (CMI), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)in accordance withU.S Government security requirements

  • Provide general, physical, and cybersecurity support and training to F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals

  • Provide security support at air shows, fightercompetitionsand other collaborative events

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 14 YOE within the International security arena

  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoWM 5205.07 Volumes Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705

  • Knowledgeof US International/Foreign Affairs objectives, Arms Export Control Act (AECA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes, and/or understanding of international relations policyobjectiveswithin Security Assistance

  • Secret clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
