Job Description

**This position is contingent upon award of contract** 

SOSi is seeking a Project Manager to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage individual Work Orders, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and performance benchmarks are met within approved schedules and budgets.
  • Track and report on programmatic risks, developing mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in execution.
  • Submit a quarterly Work Order Performance & Risk Management Report, detailing project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation actions.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, OR Five (5) years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting is required.
  • Contractor must be PMP certified.
  • Knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desirable but not required certifications include, Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
