Location Muscatatuck, Indiana Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) III to lead and oversee enterprise-level technology programs in support of Department of Defense (DoD) missions. This role requires a senior leader capable of managing complex programs, coordinating with high-level stakeholders, and driving execution across technical and operational domains. The Program Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle program management, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of Cyber Range or IT/OT-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead planning and execution of large-scale enterprise technology programs
* Oversee program scope, schedule, cost, and performance metrics
* Interface with senior DoD leadership and stakeholders
* Manage and mitigate program risks and issues
* Ensure programs align with mission objectives and operational requirements
* Provide oversight of Cyber Range or IT/OT technology program operations
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and operational areas
* Maintain awareness of supporting platforms, infrastructure, and hardware systems
Requirements Education * Master’s degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline
OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Certifications * One of the following (or equivalent):
* Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Program Management Professional (PgMP)
* DAU Level III Program Management Certification
Experience * Minimum of 10 years of program management experience or equivalent senior-level DoD/Defense Industry experience
* Experience working directly with senior DoD personnel and leadership
* Senior-level experience includes:
* Military Field Grade Officer or above, or
* Senior NCO (E‑8 or above), or
* DoD Civilian at GS‑13 or higher
* Experience managing enterprise-level technology programs
* Minimum of 2–5 years managing Cyber Range or IT/OT programs
* Strong experience in complex, mission-driven environments
Desired Skills * Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
* Deep understanding of DoD program structures and processes
* Experience with technical program execution and infrastructure environments
Security Clearance * Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) required
