We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Risk Manager om de internationale expansie van onze verzekeringsactiviteiten te ondersteunen. Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het identificeren, beoordelen en beheren van risico’s die gepaard gaan met groei in nieuwe markten, terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor naleving van lokale regelgeving en groepsnormen. Je neemt deel aan managementvergaderingen van de Risk-afdeling, met directe toegang tot de Chief Risk Officer.
De job in een notendopRisicobeheer & Governance
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud het risicobeheerkader voor internationale activiteiten.
- Identificeer, beoordeel en monitor strategische, operationele, financiële, regelgevende en reputatierisico’s.
- Zorg voor consistentie van risicobeheer- en interne controlepraktijken binnen internationale entiteiten en de groep.
- Integreer de internationale expansie in bestaande risicoprocessen (bijv. ORSA, RSR, enz).
- Voer risicobeoordelingen uit voor markttoetreding, overnames, partnerschappen en lanceringen van nieuwe producten.
- Voer landenrisicoanalyses uit, inclusief politieke, economische, regelgevende en geopolitieke factoren.
- Ondersteun business teams bij het evalueren van kansen en bijbehorende risico’s.
- Geef aanbevelingen om de risico-rendementsprofielen van internationale initiatieven te optimaliseren.
- Monitor relevante regelgevende en prudentiële ontwikkelingen.
- Werk samen met Compliance, Legal, Interne Audit, Actuariële en business teams.
- Ondersteun interacties met toezichthouders en externe stakeholders waar nodig.
- Schrijf risicoanalyses voor het management, Risicocomités en de Raad van Bestuur.
- Bevorder een risicocultuur binnen de organisatie en ondersteun junior teamleden.
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Masterdiploma in Finance, Risk Management, Actuariële Wetenschappen, Economie, Verzekeringen of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- FRM, PRM, CFA of een vergelijkbare certificering is een plus.
- Bewezen ervaring in risicobeheer, bij voorkeur binnen verzekeringen en financiële diensten.
- Ervaring in een internationale omgeving.
- Kennis van de Franse markt.
- Sterke kennis van verzekeringsregelgeving, waaronder Solvency II.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische internationale omgeving.
- Bereidheid om af en toe naar het buitenland te reizen.
- Vloeiend in het Frans en/of Nederlands.
- Professionele kennis van het Engels.
