Job description

The International Marketing & Communications Manager plays a central role in supporting communication and aligning marketing strategies and brand marketing operations for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram across all Stellantis regions.  This position ensures consistent messaging, smooth execution of global initiatives, and clear visibility into key events and opportunities throughout the year. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. 

Global Communications Support:

  • Coordinate global communication campaigns, announcements, and content calendars across regions
  • Ensure messaging alignment across markets while adapting content for cultural and linguistic nuances
  • Serve as a liaison between global teams, regional communications leads, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate risks, gaps, or emerging issues to support proactive global alignment

Operational Planning & Execution:

  • Manage global calendars and campaign timelines
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for global initiatives 
  • Provide communication resources and assets to regional teams, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Support budget management, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and monitoring vendor costs
  • Coordinate logistics for global meetings, webinars, and events, including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups

Asset Planning & Development:

  • Coordinate global asset planning across campaigns
  • Main point of contact for the coordination agency of record
  • Create agency briefs to develop asset toolkits and fulfill creative needs for global campaigns
  • Ensure alignment to global brand standards
  • Manage asset distribution and version control
  • Identify asset gaps and support localization needs

Communications Management:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including (but not limited to) press releases, talking points, and leadership messages 
  • Report on key global events and milestones throughout the year
  • Maintain and update global communication channels (intranet, email platforms, social media, collaboration tools). 
  • Support the creation of multimedia content according to brand guidelines, including presentations, graphics, videos, and digital assets
  • Support crisis communication efforts by helping manage information flow and documentation 
  • Track engagement metrics and compile performance reports to inform strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or brand management; global or cross‑cultural experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and product launch communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, CMS platforms)
  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multinational organization or agency environment
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meltwater, MuckRack, Unicepta) 
  • Basic design or multimedia skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Fluency in an additional language
