Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a International Shipping Coordinator - RDC at our new facility on Innovation Loop in Youngsville, NC
The hourly rate for this position is $20 per hour.
Core hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm.

What you'll do:
Position Overview:
The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will enter data for shipping/receiving order and work with internal and external customers to resolve issues related to invoicing shipping and on hand counts in the warehouse.
In this function you will:
• Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents of incoming/outgoing material.
• Evaluate shipments for adherence to all state, federal and global restrictions.
• Serve as a resource manager system (SAP) expert on the team.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and less than truckload shipments.
• Assist the department in loading/unloading of truck, scanning and tagging as needed.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety rules and regulations.
• Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
• Use the principles of 5S+ to ensure a clean and organized work area.
• You will drive and maintain forklifts through daily inspection checklists and perform 5S+ housekeeping duties as necessary
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Minimum two years experience in a logistics or warehouse environment including order selection, packing, and receiving processes
• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred qualifications:
• Previous experience using SAP, warehouse management system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic working knowledge and experience with computers
Skills:
Position Criteria:
• Ability to follow procedures and written instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime, willingness to flex to different areas or local plants as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and bend frequently
