Job description

Job Opportunity: Operations Associate

About Us:
Corporate Incentives is a well-established promotional products company with a growing ecommerce division. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to support online sales, fulfillment, and customer service. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Process ecommerce orders: verify payments, pull inventory, package, ship, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain store procedures.
  • Manage shipping & receiving, including checking in goods and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain inventory: stock merchandise, update counts, checks as needed.
  • Provide customer support for order and logistics inquiries.
  • Assist at bi-weekly on-site sales events: transport, set up, display, and process payments.
  • Support fulfillment projects, pickups/deliveries, and general warehouse tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to distiguish fine difference in color for quality control purposes.
  • Energetic, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; comfortable learning new software.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to drive company vans.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Bi-weekly on-site sales on Thursday may require early starting times (as early as 3:00 AM) depending on location
