Job description

 Title: Accounts Payable Manger ( Contract)

Location: Washington DC

Schedule: in office 5 x a week

Pay: $40- $50 / hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). 

 

Our client is in need of a AP Manager for a contract, with potential to convert. Must have strong management experience and experience working in a fast paced, chaotic environment.  

Requirements

·        Degree (international/online): Bachelors preferred, Associates with relevant experience is sufficient as well

·        3-5 yrs of AP management experience and 7-10 of Accounts Payable experience

Job Description:

·        Manage a team of 3-5 individuals

·        Strong purchasing/disbursement experience

·        Purchase order experience

·        AP, 1099s, audit experience

·        Experience coming from a large organizations

·        Check run security information, strong integrity

·        Fraud and fraud prevention experience

·        ACH, wires, single use accounts, checks, lots of different disbursement types

·        Monitoring errors
