Job description

Craft Your Future in Stone: Countertop Installer & Specialist

International Stone Gallery | Where Craftsmanship Meets Career

At International Stone Gallery, we don’t just install countertops; we build long-term careers for problem-solvers. If you have a mechanical mind, a hunger to learn, and the drive to move up, we want to give you the tools—and the paycheck—to succeed.

We aren't just looking for labor; we’re looking for our next Crew Lead. If you dedicate yourself to mastering this trade, you can expect rapid promotions and a significant increase in earning potential.

The Opportunity

As a Countertop Installer (or Installer Helper), you’ll be the face of our craftsmanship. You’ll transform residential and commercial spaces using high-end granite, quartz, and marble.

The Fast Track: We prioritize promoting from within. If you show us you can analyze a job site, solve technical problems on the fly, and master the art of the perfect seam, your path to a leadership role is wide open.

We value a background in mechanical or carpentry trades, but it is not a requirement for our helper roles. If you have a 'handy' mindset and are willing to learn, we provide the training necessary to master these skills on the job.

What You’ll Do

  • Precision Installation: Assist in the professional placement of premium stone surfaces.
  • Problem Solve: Analyze site conditions (leveling, plumbing, cabinetry) and find quick, effective solutions to ensure a flawless fit.
  • Technical Skill: Master the use of grinders, polishers, and saws to create artisan-level finishes.
  • Customer Excellence: Represent the International Stone Gallery brand through professional, high-energy interactions with clients.
  • The Heavy Lift: Work as a team to safely transport and position heavy stone materials (75+ lbs).

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical Aptitude: You’re the person who likes to take things apart to see how they work. You understand measurements and spatial layouts.
  • Solution-Oriented: You don't just see a problem; you see three ways to fix it.
  • Reliability: You show up on time, every time. Our team and our customers depend on you.
  • Ambition: You aren’t looking for a "gig"—you’re looking for a career with a company that values your growth.
  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay & Perks

  • Earning Power: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (starting pay based on experience).
  • Fast Growth: Frequent performance reviews with clear benchmarks for raises and promotions.
  • Health & Wealth: Health, Dental, and 401(k) with company match.
  • Time Off: Paid holidays and PTO so you can recharge.
  • The Gear: Company vehicle, high-end tools, and professional uniforms are all provided.
  • Schedule: Consistent weekday hours with overtime opportunities.

Why International Stone Gallery?

We are a growing team that treats our people like family. We provide the training; you provide the hustle. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a motivated beginner, we provide a supportive environment where your hard work is noticed and rewarded.
