Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner.
  • Process orders by phone, fax, and email.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes.
  • Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders.
  • Other customer service projects.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
