  • Steuern der Finanzplanung einschließlich Budgetierung, Forecasts und betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen für die internationale Unternehmensgruppe
  • Weiterentwickeln des Reportings sowie Erstellen aussagekräftiger Kennzahlen, Management-Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Analysieren wirtschaftlicher Entwicklungen und Ableiten von Handlungsempfehlungen für internationale Fachbereiche und das Management
  • Mitwirken bei Konsolidierungsprozessen sowie Unterstützen der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Optimieren von Controlling-Instrumenten, Analysetools und digitalen Prozessen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Unternehmenssteuerung
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Corporate Controlling, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungs- und Planungstools, beispielsweise LucaNet, von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe IT-Affinität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
