A career at Trove Brands is not about punching the clock. Your work will not only impact the company, it will impact the lives of millions of people around the world. When you step up to a career at Trove, you step up to cutting-edge excellence. You sign up for bold action and invigorating synergy. You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.

As an International Marketing Specialist - LATAM on this team, you'll operate at the intersection of brand, product, marketing, and content, helping to drive brand awareness, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure every launch and campaign delivers both customer value and brand consistency.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, Social and Digital teams to bring Trove's brands, products and experiences to life.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments and is passionate about building meaningful connections with people across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and channel segmentation across regional retail and DTC channels.
  • Lead product and category launches, including merchandising narrative and campaign planning.
  • Optimize and execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams and regional partners.
  • Collaborate on the development, refinement and localization of packaging, assets, and marketing materials in partnership with creative and product teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sell-through, consumer insights, market and category trends, product performance, and competitor activity by market and channel.
  • Provide training and resources for internal and partner teams, to support sell-in and post-launch success.
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets, regional opportunities, and effectively communicate competitive advantages.

Qualifications

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into execution — and insights into impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management or regional marketing — ideally in consumer goods, lifestyle, or retail categories
  • Smart and organized with a GSD (get stuff done) attitude. Capable of prioritizing and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously is a must.
  • Team player, capable of managing relationships across functional areas and clear communication across different languages and cultures.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches
  • Commercial acumen and familiarity with both retail and direct-to-consumer models
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — with an ability to simplify and clarify
  • Data-fluent, with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy
  • International experience/familiarity with LATAM region preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred (but not mandatory)

What Success Looks Like

  • Compelling, brand-aligned campaigns that resonate with consumers
  • Launches that are on-time, on-brand, and outperform goals
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear ownership
  • Strategic contribution to brand direction based on regional consumer and market insight

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto. We host team-building activities, athletic events, and seasonal celebrations to foster community and reward accomplishments. Bottom line? You'll love it here.

Among the many benefits our team members enjoy are:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care
  • 401k package with employer matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • Full indoor basketball/volleyball court
  • Fully equipped fitness center (cardio, weights, functional fitness area, lockers and showers, etc.)
  • Yoga studio
  • Meditation/Nap room
  • And much more!
