  • NFHS Protecting Students from Abuse
  • CPR/First Aid/AED (In Person Course Hands-on Session Required)
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation (Must be current or within the last year)
  • Arizona Driver's License
  • DPS - IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
