Our internship program offers a challenging, hands-on experience in a rewarding, supportive environment.

With a small group of interns there is a close relationship between supervisors, mentors, and interns, which fosters an environment of companionship and learning. Some highlights of our program include: Paid, full-time internship Workshops with our Corporate Executives including the CIO 30% discount at Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween Stores Responsibilities As an Enterprise Applications Intern, you will support efforts to improve and maintain core business systems by contributing to process evaluations, system documentation, and operational analysis. Assist Enterprise Application Managers in analyzing business processes and documenting workflows Help assess and publish application run books and identify risks/potential break points Business Case and Risk Analysis for on premise, cloud and hosted applications Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) Completion of junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to apply Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ High level of analytical ability to collect and examine technical data Problem-solving skills, focusing on identifying and resolving implementation/support issues Strong ability to manage time effectively, and multi-task Ability to stay motivated and on track in a fast paced environment Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Visio Ability to work well with key stakeholders and function as a team member Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role.

Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $20.00 per hour
