Job description

Position Summary
Internship providing a unique view of the operations and administration of a major international arts institution. The Operations intern will work closely with the Director of Operations and support the building and grounds department. This internship is 8 hours per week for the fall semester.
Rodgers' internships are for current students at Williams College and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
โ€ข Data entry into software programs used by Building and Grounds
โ€ข Converting paper files to electronic files (scanning paper documents to electronic files)
โ€ข Moving electronic files into proper folders on computer
โ€ข Cleaning up unwanted emails and files
โ€ข File management clean-up
Minimum Qualifications- Education, Training, and Skills
โ€ข Applicants must be college students at Williams College or Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
โ€ข Discretion and ability to handle confidential information is required.
Work Experience
โ€ข Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
