Talent@Web3 is a talent recruitment firm helping top crypto startups hire exceptional talent. Weve worked with leading projects across DeFi, infrastructure, and consumer crypto and were now looking for a Web3 Recruiter to join our growing team.
You'll work directly with founders and hiring leads to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates for everything from protocol engineering to growth and design.
What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical & non-technical Web3 roles
  • Source candidates via Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and niche Web3 channels
  • Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and refine role briefs
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across the ecosystem
What Were Looking For
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Familiarity with Web3 and crypto-native communities
  • Proactive sourcing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and people instincts
