Internship Summary

As the Technical Sales Engineer Intern at AMAROK, you will support the Technical Sales team by creating post-installation layouts, assisting with customer presentations, and contributing to technical sales projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to security solutions and the processes connecting Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Research & Development. In this internship, you will have opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally, take ownership of projects, and build valuable technical and professional experience. 

Essential Job Duties

  • Support the Technical Sales and Product Development teams with ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Create and update technical layouts for customer solutions and post-installation documentation.
  • Assist in identifying and solving technical and process-related challenges.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data to support internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in office at least 15-20 hours a week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Acts as a strong self-starter who consistently takes initiative on assigned projects.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
  • Superior communication (written & verbal).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
