What You'll DoAs a Vacation Rental Housekeeper / Property Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in preparing homes for arriving guests by:
Cleaning and resetting vacation rental properties to our high standards
Making beds, refreshing linens, and staging homes to create a welcoming atmosphere
Restocking guest amenities and household supplies
Conducting detailed property inspections to ensure homes are guest-ready
Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or inventory needs
Working with our local management team to ensure smooth and timely turnovers
Helping deliver the exceptional guest experience our company is known for
Taking pride in presenting homes that guests are excited to arrive at
Successful team members are:

Our team members are paid on a piece-rate basis per completed property rather than by the hour. This rewards efficiency, attention to detail, and quality work.
Most team members earn the equivalent of $22–$35 per hour, depending on experience, property size, efficiency, and daily workload.
