Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Administrator to join our Systems Integration team.

This role supports purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, fleet coordination, training administration, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable using technology, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials, equipment, tools, and deliveries.
  • Match packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders, reporting missing, damaged, incorrect, or backordered items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and inventory area.
  • Prepare materials, equipment, and tools for technicians, service calls, and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments, courier pickups, deliveries, and material transfers to technicians and job sites.
  • Assist with purchasing by requesting vendor quotations, creating and tracking purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and coordinating returns, credits, and warranty claims.
  • Conduct inventory counts, maintain accurate stock records, track tool assignments, and identify items that need replenishment.
  • Assist with fleet administration, including vehicle maintenance records, inspections, and supplies, and coordinate employee training records and certifications.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining organized operational records.
  • Follow company safety procedures and communicate professionally with technicians, project managers, vendors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, purchasing, procurement, shipping/receiving, logistics, or operations support is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a warehouse, inventory area, parts room, or technical service team is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and basic computer systems.
  • Experience with purchase orders, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, returns, or warranty claims is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of workplace safety procedures, WHMIS, PPE, and safe material-handling practices.
  • Experience with security, low-voltage, electrical, construction, or technical materials is an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
