  • Prepare client-ready documentation, including requirements, process flows, test results, user guides, training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients and teammates to translate business problems into technology-enabled, sustainable solutions.
  • Continue building technical skills in areas such as GRC platforms, cloud, automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and risk technology.

Expectations:

  • Strong interest in technology, risk management, business process improvement, compliance, cybersecurity, automation, data analytics, or systems implementation.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, systems, and technical concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to develop effective, technology-enabled solutions to address client challenges, including thoughtfully evaluating outputs from new tools and technologies.
  • Curiosity and adaptability by learning new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and applying them to help solve problems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements, process designs, testing plans, documentation, or technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to build specialized skills in risk technology, IT controls, automation, data, cybersecurity, or GRC platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and interest in identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and delivery approaches.
  • Ability to build an understanding of how your work contributes to client outcomes and overall business value.
  • Willingness to travel based on client and project needs. Travel expectations may vary by team, client, and engagement type.
