Job Description Governance Risk & Controls Analyst Chandler, AZ Pay: $68.75 - $86.00 depending on experience. Position Overview We are seeking a Governance Risk & Controls (GRC) Analyst to support enterprise governance, risk, and control initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus on governance automation, reporting, metrics, control validation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and audit readiness

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management programs while leveraging automation, scripting, and reporting tools to enhance governance processes and control execution. Key Responsibilities Support governance, risk, and control processes across enterprise technology and cybersecurity environments Develop and maintain governance metrics, dashboards, reporting, and audit-defensible documentation Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement governance and automation solutions Support automation of repeatable governance and control activities using scripting and low-code tools Validate automated control outputs to ensure alignment with control intent and risk objectives Support REST API integrations, data extraction, and workflow automation initiatives Maintain governance records and workflows using Microsoft Dataverse and enterprise reporting platforms Prepare executive-level summaries, governance reports, and risk presentations Assist with audit support, issue tracking, and governance process improvements Required Qualifications Experience in Governance, Risk & Controls (GRC), cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management Experience operating within large, regulated enterprise environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience supporting governance automation, reporting, or control processes Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and enterprise reporting platforms Basic to intermediate scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies Experience supporting REST APIs, integrations, or automated governance workflows Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, analysis, and data validation Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric Information protection or data security experience Experience supporting KPI governance and enterprise metrics programs Familiarity with enterprise-approved generative AI tools and governance controls
