Accounts Receivable and Treasury Internship
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

About the Role
Packsize is seeking a part-time intern, approximately 20 hours per week, to support our Accounting department with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Treasury. This internship is intended for Fall 2026, with the potential for extended employment based on business needs and performance. As part of the U.S. Accounting team, the intern will gain hands-on exposure to Accounts Receivable processes, including a primary focus on timely invoice submission and follow-up through customer third-party portals. The intern will also work closely with Treasury and assist with reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and other projects as needed. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to review invoice status, research disputes, and help resolve pricing, quantity, or purchase order discrepancies. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for success. The team is open to a flexible work schedule to accommodate the right candidate's availability.
What You'll Do
  • Review customer third-party portals, such as Ariba and Coupa, to monitor invoice status
  • Navigate customer portal interfaces and resubmit invoices or supporting documentation as needed
  • Communicate invoice disputes or exceptions to the Accounts Receivable team, including pricing, quantity, and purchase order issues
  • Prepare weekly treasury, cash, and banking reports
  • Assist with intercompany account reconciliations and research outstanding differences
  • Assist with external audit support, including gathering documentation and responding to support requests
  • Support other accounting-related duties and projects as assigned
