Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting schedules and diligently follow up on action items.
- Provide on-site interpretation support for engineering teams during technical communications.
- Translate technical and customer-facing reports between Chinese and English.
- Take accurate meeting minutes for customer and internal meetings.
- Assist supervisors in preparing and delivering customer training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to perform core translation and interpretation duties.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Standard office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and occasionally move about the office to access files and machinery.
