Internship Overview/TheRole:

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships intern to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As aCreator Partnershipsintern, you will be part of our client services team and actively contribute to the success of influencer marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to get a feel for whatit'slike to work and be successful in an agency environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assistin sourcing& vettingtop-tier student influencers forpaid campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to provideNext Gen clients with insights,learningsand recommendations.
  • Curate creative briefs for various influencer marketing campaigns, to coach influencers ahead of creating content.
  • Create, curate, and edit static and video content for social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Participate in team brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage the target audience and capitalize on trends.
  • Researchsocial trends,platform best practices&optimization tacticsfor creator programs.
  • Share insights into current student consumer habits and behaviors.

What We're Looking For:

  • You are currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • You are extremely well-versed in and have highacumenfor social media platforms, specifically TikTok
  • You have an eye for up-and-coming, Gen-Z based trends, andyou'rea creative thinker that is willing to travel outside of the box for the right solutions
  • You have photo or video editing experience, proficient in platforms like Canva,iMovie, Photoshop & more. Suchexpertisewould supportthe creationof GIF's,sizzle reels, and case study videos.
  • You have a good sense of humor and canquicklyunderstand brand voice and tenants, and translate this into related copy that excites, educates, and inspires
