Credence has an immediate opening for an General Security Operations AND Program Security Support at the senior level to support the Operations Management (OM) Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) provides support to both PEOs for the F&AA and WB Directorates under the umbrella of organize, train, and equip, providing a direct link between the Directorates with HQ AFLCMC, HQ AFMC, and installations at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This support includes administrative functions such as freedom of information act, records management, training, awards and decorations, as well as oversight for Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT), and Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) inventory. Additionally, the division provides direct facility support and human resource management for both Directorates. The division serves as the senior functional for all non-functionally aligned resources owned by both the F&AA and WB Directorates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: * Assist by providing F/B Directorate security operations support, including preparing and coordinating security-related briefing materials and providing technical assistance for briefings, meetings, and conferences.
* Record and track security program action items and suspense's; assist with managing newcomer and security-related databases; and provide special administrative and logistical support for the directorate visitor control function.
* Maintain an active Defense Information System for Security (DISS) account and assist with verifying personnel security clearances, processing personnel security investigation documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, and tracking submitted clearance requests.
* Assist with developing security requirements into contractual commitments and coordinating DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification.
* Assist personnel with completing personnel security investigation paperwork, review packages for accuracy, and support tracking of personnel security clearances.
* For WBV Bombers support only, operate the installed access control system for the acquisition complex serving more than 5,000 users; verify credentials and access paperwork, issue identity badges, grant authorized access, and enforce strict access control procedures and processes with zero defects.
* Assist with a wide range of security management, analytical, technical, and support services for programs managed by DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, and the AFLCMC F/B Directorate and its specific programs.
* Serve as the focal point for security, analyze security procedures, and coordinate and recommend solutions for security deficiencies with the assigned Government security task lead.
* Support implementation of information, personnel, industrial, resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism security programs in accordance with DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F/B Directorate, division, and program security policy and instructions.
* Perform end-of-day safety and security checks for assigned facilities within the F/B Directorate.
* Identify security issues and recommend changes to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F/B Directorate, AFLCMC/WAO Division, and program security policy and instructions for Government security lead consideration.
* Conduct analyses of procedures for handling, controlling, storing, and disposing of classified or critical weapon system hardware, including installed components, and document and submitting reports with recommended actions.
* Evaluate measures designed to deny unauthorized personnel physical access to buildings, facilities, resources, or stored information, and provide guidance on designing structures to resist potentially hostile acts.
* Comply with task order DD Form 254 requirements and support handling, storage, and return of classified information and controlled unclassified information in accordance with task order requirements.
* Handle SIPRNET and JWICS communications as required, ensuring cognizant parties are informed and appropriate responses are prepared, coordinated, and communicated while maintaining applicable security disciplines.
* Support proper handling, preparation, tracking, planning, editing, development, publication, and storage of classified products and support meetings, events, schedules, calendars, and administrative tasks on SIPRNET and JWICS systems as required. Requirements Education, Requirements and Qualifications: * Must have at least an active or current top-secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
* Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD;
* OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD; * OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD.
* Senior-level candidates must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing full-time DoD security functions, or a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of full-time security experience.
* Typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a program, performs all functional duties independently, and oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or all staff assigned to a specific job.
* Must be Level-1 certified in the Defense Security Service (DSS), Security Professional Education Development Program, or demonstrate currency with other DSS training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs.
* Must possess and maintain a current collateral Secret or Top Secret clearance as specified in the DD Form 254, LOE Matrix, and PWS for applicable support areas unless otherwise stated.
* Must be eligible for additional security investigations and program access requirements, including Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access, as reflected in the DD Form 254.
* Must support requirements involving access to proscribed information, SIPRNET, and JWICS, and comply with applicable Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI), National Interest Determination (NID), and security handling requirements. Benefits * Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
