About this role:
NeuraFlash is expanding its design team! As a Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer - AI & Agentforce you will be responsible for building compelling interactive experiences for users and deliver impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented Digital Experience team to delight customers. This position is focused on overall user experience, including visual, interaction, and conversational design.
You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Design functionality that ties into Salesforce and AWS platforms, including Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Amazon Connect and more
  • Lead client requirement gathering and design sessions
  • Help business and technology stakeholders see end-to-end experiences for customers and internal end users
  • Establish the content, strategies, personas, and user journeys for automated solutions
  • Generate sitemaps, wireframes, and visual designs to map out experiences for web, bot, and console experiences
  • Learn to build and configure Salesforce and AWS solutions (Experience Cloud, Agentforce, etc.)
  • Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Show the impact of design decisions and tie business value back to success criteria through storytelling
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms
Required Qualifications:
  • User experience and user interaction work experience
  • Experience doing design consulting with external stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain a design system
  • Comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart
  • Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, AWS)
  • Degree in design, user experience, human computer interaction, communication, or a related discipline
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using detailed mockups and prototypes to aid in visual problem solving and client communication
  • Experience designing conversational flows for text based bots (e.g., web, in-app, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
  • Knowledge of user experience research methods or usability testing techniques
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
