• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethical guidelines and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, maintain stability, and discuss future appointments or discharges as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans to effectively address each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Perform intake assessments to gather critical information for the development of treatment plans.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive guidance from experienced peers.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create an integrated support system for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset, incorporating feedback and pursuing continuous learning to enhance your clinical practice.

In this role, you will serve a varied clientele, including adults, children, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will engage in direct psychotherapy services, helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological needs. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• You must possess a current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Georgia.
• Strong organizational and computer skills are essential, including proficiency in using Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services with a focus on both individuals and families is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans is beneficial.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, along with a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, ensuring your financial stability. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
