Position Overview

Harmony in Mind Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient mental health team. This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking support. As an LCSW, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic interventions, assessment, and treatment to our clientele across diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing effective and evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include clear goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary to help clients navigate immediate challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to support the treatment process.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and sharing among clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive environment where clients from all walks of life feel safe to explore their mental health journey, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that promote a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a remote capacity or utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
  • Background in providing services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Previous experience in crisis management and intervention.
Compensation and Benefits
