Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to graduate practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, offering guidance, support, and expertise to help them develop into competent professionals.
• Deliver psychotherapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation meets ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest advances in therapy and mental health, integrating new research findings and best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families. Your expertise in understanding the emotional and psychological complexities of different demographics will be vital in providing tailored care that meets the unique needs of each client, fostering an environment of healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT to practice independently.
• Professional liability insurance is a must to ensure compliance and protect both you and your clients.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in a mental health setting.
• Previous experience in providing supervision to practicum or intern students is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
