· Participate in and contribute to team strategy sessions and client meetings.
· Monitor changes in health and corporate law and industry trends, ensuring the legal team is informed of relevant updates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Strong interest and background in health law and policy.
· Excellent research and writing skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
· Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.

As a legal intern, you will work closely with our general counsel and compliance officer and gain hands-on experience in health law and policy. This is an excellent opportunity for a first or second-year law student who is passionate about healthcare law and wants to further their skill set and knowledge.
