Is 5000 a good relocation package?

For an intern relocation package, $5,000 can be considered adequate depending on the location and living costs. It typically covers moving expenses, temporary housing, and initial setup costs, but the adequacy varies based on the destination and individual needs. The availability and extent of support vary by employer and internship program, and it is often outlined in the internship offer or discussed during the application process.

Is $23 an hour good for an internship?

For an internship, a $23 per hour rate is generally considered competitive, especially in fields like technology, engineering, or finance where internships often pay between $15 and $25 an hour. However, the adequacy of this rate depends on the industry, location, and the intern's level of experience, as well as whether the position offers additional benefits or professional development opportunities.

A reasonable relocation package for an intern typically covers moving expenses such as transportation, temporary housing, and settling-in costs. The amount varies depending on the company's policies, location, and the intern's level of experience, but it generally ranges from a few hundred to several thousand dollars. Some companies also offer additional support like assistance with visa processes or travel reimbursements.
