POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Intern - Recruiting Coordinator Focus is responsible for the execution of HR and recruiting processes and transactions according to documented procedures within the HR organization. The main function of this role is to ensure successful execution of recruiting coordination and HR services within the SAP NS2 group.
The duration of the internship would be from June to December 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR team members.
  • Document and continuously improve interview and recruiting processes to ensure a consistent, positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Assist in the maintenance of HR and recruiting documentation for the internal HR team and employee population, including updating communication platforms and shared resources.
  • Utilize the reporting tool in SuccessMaps to run and interpret recruiting and HR-related reports, supporting data-driven decisions for HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Create, post, and maintain Hot Jobs Newsletter for the company, ensuring timely updates and alignment with hiring priorities.
  • Support the Intern Lead in running the NS2 summer intern program, including logistics, communications, and coordination of events and activities.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Interns on end-of-summer activities, such as final presentations, wrap-up sessions, and feedback collection.
  • Schedule and coordinate presenters for the Intern Speaker Series and other intern-related events.
  • Serve as backup for intern timesheet maintenance and related HRIS updates as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Recruiting teams, including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate and support various HR and recruiting programs, activities, and initiatives throughout the year.
  • Support offboarding activities for interns and other departing employees, including checklists, equipment/asset tracking, documentation, and communications.
  • Use SAP AI tools to enhance and standardize NS2 job descriptions and related recruiting content.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-service mindset toward candidates, Hiring Managers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including professional email and virtual communication etiquette.
  • Demonstration of the highest standard of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex scheduling and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment, including:
  • PowerPoint - building and editing professional presentations for HR, recruiting, and intern program needs.
  • Excel - maintaining trackers, lists, and basic reports for candidates, intern program information, and HR/recruiting metrics.
  • Teams - coordinating meetings, chats, and file sharing to collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, and interns.
  • OneNote - organizing notes, meeting summaries, checklists, and program documents to keep information accessible and up to date.
  • Ability to learn and use HR systems and tools, including:
  • SuccessMaps - leveraging the reporting tool to generate and interpret recruiting/HR reports.
  • SAP AI tools - using AI-enabled solutions to standardize and refine job descriptions and recruiting materials.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive HR and candidate information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data entry.

EDUCATION
  • Currently pursuing a college-credited degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred).
