Job description

The High School Intern provides administrative support to departments within the Credit Union.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provides information and assistance to departments.
  • Answers and makes phone calls, responds to program related questions, and sends written material as appropriate.
  • Conducts special studies in conjunction with a project, analyzes data, and makes recommendations based upon studies.
  • Conducts project assignments as determined by department.
  • Analyzes, generates, and maintains records and other reference material necessary for departmental use.ย 
  • Composes, types and prints reports, general letters, spreadsheets, email, and memoranda from rough drafts or general instructions.
  • Utilizes current Credit Union software to complete assignments.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

Education:ย 

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited high school or GED program. Must be approved to work through an intern program at an accredited high school or other educational institution.

Other skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must possess general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
