About the Team Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) is TikTok Shop's in-house service that handles storage, packing, and shipping for merchants. Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) team is seeking an experienced Seller Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new sellers to the FBT platform and driving increased usage across our existing seller portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in business development and sales, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college/graduate school intern to support the growth of the Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) program. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to help identify prospective sellers, support existing seller growth, analyze performance trends, and contribute to initiatives that improve the seller experience. This internship is ideal for students interested in e-commerce, business development, account management, and marketplace operations. Responsibilities: - Seller Portfolio Support: Help manage a portfolio of sellers by tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting initiatives to increase adoption and usage of FBT services. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to support projects that improve the seller experience and program performance. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics related to seller recruitment, onboarding, and growth. Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. - Relationship Management: Support communication with sellers by helping address questions, gathering feedback, and understanding seller needs and challenges. - Market and Strategy Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and seller needs to help inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities. - Training and Enablement: Assist in developing training materials, educational resources, and onboarding content to help sellers better understand and benefit from the FBT platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with senior standing preferred - Strong interest in e-commerce, data analysis, marketplaces, business development, or account management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment - Analytical mindset with the ability to organize information, interpret data, and draw practical insights - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for analysis and reporting Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship, part-time, campus leadership, or project experience in sales, operations, marketing, consulting, customer success, or e-commerce - Familiarity with online marketplaces and seller/merchant ecosystems - Experience using spreadsheets, or data visualization/reporting tools - Interest in seller growth strategy, platform operations, and go-to-market execution - Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
