Working under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the intern assists with prescription preparation, patient interactions, medication management, and daily pharmacy operations. Injection cerfiied at the time of interview|hire
Registered with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba as a student or intern
Professional pharmacy activities appropriate to level of education
Prescription Assembly – Data Entry
Process Customer Transactions, Receive and Release Prescriptions
Answer Phones
Promotion of all Profile Programs
Compounding
Pill Pack Assembly
Filing Prescriptions, Ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning
Drug order creation and receiving
Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
Other duties as assigned

Ability to be self-directed and to work independently in meeting strict deadlines will be essential
Enrollment in Pharmacy program from a recognized institution
Previous pharmacy experience a definite asset
