Job Description:
Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle database design, complex SQL development, performance tuning, and data processing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing efficient SQL/PLSQL code, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with business and upstream teams to deliver scalable data solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role intended to own the complete data delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Oracle Developers, SSIS Developers, and Database Testers.
• Drive solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support for database-centric applications.
• Review and approve architecture, data models, SQL/PLSQL code, ETL workflows, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with business, upstream/downstream systems, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and data quality controls.
• Oversee release planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Working experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Ability to design and develop end-to-end application components with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL, Data Warehouse, or Data Lake Architecture (Informatica / Hadoop).
• Knowledge of SSIS, ETL Design, and Enterprise Job Scheduling tools like Airflow.
