As a developer on this team, your work directly impacts:

  • Data quality and integrity across enterprise platforms

You will work closely with analysts, product owners, and senior developers to translate business needs into scalable, reliable IT solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to grow both technical and business knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion WWT Core Values and best practices
  • Integrate AI capabilities where they add measurable value, utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity and code quality

  • Demonstrate technical leadership by owning complex technical challenges, leveraging deep knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, providing constructive feedback to the team to maintain code quality
  • Perform unit, integration, functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure software reliability and performance
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems, proposing innovative solutions that improve functionality and performance
  • Guide analysts and junior developers through technical challenges, sharing knowledge and best practices leveraging direction from senior developers and architects
  • Address production issues through troubleshooting, consult on technical problems, and proactively identify support trends to reduce recurring issues
  • Create and maintain clear technical and configuration documentation, ensuring effective communication of technical information
