Position Summary:

The Operations team oversees turning raw materials into high-quality finished products safely, efficiently, and on time. They manage day-to-day production, ensure quality standards are met, and continuously improve processes to keep work running smoothly.

This role is located at Crane CP&E's Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with improvement projects.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

  • Analyze operational data.

  • Attend and interact in team meetings.

  • Problem solve individually, and with production and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in business management or operations.

  • AutoCAD or Creo Skills.

  • Understanding of process & product specifications.

  • Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.

  • Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
