  • Support lead-nurturing activities throughout the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Track marketing campaign activities, prospect engagement, and lead-conversion progress in the company’s CRM and other approved systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with customer-development and revenue-growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident when communicating with customers and prospective customers.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively under appropriate supervision.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, customer service, marketing, email campaigns, or sales-prospecting tools is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in developing a career in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

What You Will Gain

  • Four months of paid, hands-on experience in B2B and industrial sales and marketing.
  • Structured training in prospecting, lead generation, customer communication, marketing campaigns, and sales strategy.
  • Exposure to pricing, quotations, customer negotiations, and account management.
